Our primary tool is Atticus, which has multiple options for fonts, trim size, and layout, with more features added every month.
The average book can be done completely in Atticus (and many formatters use the Mac-based Vellum for similar reasons.)
A basic format – Kindle, epub, and PDF formatting – is $75. Additionally, if you need a cover, we recommend GetCovers.com for your image and cover wrap needs. Bring your own images or use their DepositPhoto account.
